1. Choose the type of evaporator according to the properties of the material. For example, choose a membrane evaporator orForced circulation evaporator。
2. Choose the type of evaporator according to the initial concentration and processing volume of the material. If the initial concentration is low and the processing volume is large, you can choose a multi-effect evaporator or an MVR evaporator.
3. Choose the type of evaporator according to the material's sensitivity to temperature. For heat-sensitive materials, you can choose a film evaporator or a scraped film evaporator, or adjust the flow direction of steam and materials according to the specific situation.
4. Choose according to the boiling point of the material. Boiling point rise is a key parameter in evaporation operation, which affects the selection of evaporator. If the boiling point rise value of the material is too high, high vacuum operation must be adopted.
5. Choose according to the customer's investment situation and factory conditions. If the customer is not sensitive to investment, try to choose energy-saving and efficient evaporation devices, such as multi-effect or MVR evaporation devices.
