3. It can be used for secondary extraction and separation of dry materials that cannot be pumped, such as tomato peels, apple pomace, etc. The materials are transported to the equipment inlet by the front conveying equipment, the end crushing knife is disassembled at this time, and the materials enter the plate in the cylinder to extract and separate them again, thereby improving the pulping rate of the original materials.

3. Equipment Structure
This equipment consists of a material conveying mechanism, a crushing blade, a turbine assembly, a screen, etc. By adjusting the speed, turbine angle, and screen aperture, it can complete the crushing of different materials and the separation of skins, seeds, stems, and other substances from the pulp. According to the appraisal of a provincial professional organization, the pulping rate of apples reached 90%, and that of large peppers reached 80%;
The parts in contact with materials and the frame are made of 304 material; the surface of the equipment is completely polished without burrs or black spots.
The equipment pulping chamber and the discharge port can be designed with a cooling jacket, and ice water is passed into the jacket to reduce the temperature of the material by ≤10°C during the pulping process, which can effectively prevent the enzymatic change of the material;
A nitrogen filling port can be set on the cylinder of the equipment, and air locks can be designed at the inlet and outlet to flush nitrogen into the equipment cavity, thereby minimizing the contact between the material and the air during separation, and effectively preventing oxidation and browning of the material.
Core removal and washing machine:
1. Scope of application: The cold pitting machine is suitable for crushing and separating the pits and pulp of stone fruits, and the pit washing machine is suitable for re-separating the residual pulp on the pit after passing through the pitting machine.
