Tubular Preheating Sterilizer

This equipment is not only suitable for heating and sterilizing ordinary fluid materials, but also for heating and sterilizing materials with high solid content, high particle viscosity, and poor fluidity. The heating and sterilizing temperature range is 40℃-105℃, and the optional discharge temperature range is 20-90℃. It is not prone to coking and is fully automated with PLC control. The contact parts with materials are made of 304/316 material and have no dead angles for cleaning. It meets the hygiene requirements of GMP and can be equipped with a CIP system.

This equipment is composed of the following components: material pump, hot water pump, steam-water mixing tank, steam regulating valve, steam filter, pressure reducing valve, drain valve, platinum resistance thermometer inlet and outlet pipelines, CIP system, instruments, electrical control system and frame.
