The low-temperature evaporator increases the vacuum degree and the evaporation area on the basis of the traditional evaporator to reduce the evaporation temperature. The design requires that the film-forming property of the material in the heater should be considered while increasing the evaporation area; the pressure bearing capacity of the equipment should be considered while increasing the vacuum degree, and the best balance should be sought between these two points.
The vacuum degree of the low-temperature evaporator designed by our company can reach above -0.090Mpa, and the evaporation temperature does not exceed 50℃ at double effect.
