It can be designed as a double-effect forced circulation or double-effect four-stage evaporator, mainly to solve the characteristics of small laboratory materials and high required concentration, and is designed as an experimental evaporator to simulate industrialization.

The first-effect evaporation temperature is about 60-70℃, and the second-effect evaporation temperature is about 50-60℃. It can be designed as a low-temperature concentration of 45-50℃ for the first-effect and 35-40℃ for the second-effect according to the material.

It can be designed as a forced circulation type, double-effect four-stage evaporator, etc., which can be used as a single-effect concentrator.

It can be designed for manual or PLC process automation control, which can be intermittent or continuous production, simulating the actual production process of industrialization.
